Stoney Clay on Limestone on parcels with a southwesterly exposure.
The farming philosophy is based upon the use of natural products,
no herbicides or pesticides and prudent limited intervention.
Grape
Varieties
Grenache noir and Syrah (70/30) The average age of the
vines was 22 years at harvest.
Harvest
Machine harvested and destemmed.
Vinification
A short maceration of few hours followed by a fermentation for
between 2 and 3 weeks in stainless steel temperature controlled vats
with a cool fermentation at 18°C.
Tasting
Notes
The pale pink of this rosé is the first expression of its
delicacy, its nose is floral, particularly hawthorn and orange blossom.
In the mouth it is lively and harmonious with hints of apricot and
orange.

Serving
Notes
It is best served between 10-12°C and is a good aperitif or
can be served with grilled fish and meats.
