Tasting
notes
The colour is an intense a deep red. The powerful aroma is rich in fruit, particularly blackcurrant and small cherries; then come the notes of toast, spices and pepper with a hint of leather finishing this multitude of aromas. The impact of the vanilla is straightforward and it spreads out in the mouth in full and opulent waves.

Serving Notes
It is best served between 15-17° C and is a good accompaniment with roasted meats and stews. |
