TERMS & CONDITIONS

• TWC will accept wines on consignment from the Consignor to offer to its clientele.
• The wines will be shipped to TWC in the best possible manner (refrigerated truck) at Consignor's expense.
• TWC will receive and inspect all the wines at its Sonoma facility, located at 19700 Eighth Street East, Sonoma CA 95476.
• All questionable and otherwise unacceptable wines will be returned to the Consignor at the Consignor’s expense.
• TWC will establish a list of the wines, with tentative resale pricing, based on current market conditions. (average worldwide auction price divided by 0.85)
• TWC will offer the wines to its clientele for a minimum period of 6 months, automatically renewed for another 6 months unless the Consignor ends this agreement with a minimum 30-day written notice.
• TWC will deduct 15% of the final sales price of the wines as its commission.
• TWC will provide the Consignor with a monthly sales report at the end of each month.
• The amount due to the Consignor (based on the monthly sales report) will be paid 45 days after the issuance of the monthly sales report.
• The Consignor will ultimately be responsible for the authenticity and sale worthiness of the wines; the Consignor will also be responsible for any extraordinary expense incurred by TWC while selling the wines.
• At the end of the consignment, all unsold wines to be returned to the Consignor at the Consignor’s expense.
